[Remote] Avionics Procurement Analyst 10E

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a Fortune Global 500 organization seeking an Avionics Procurement Analyst to evaluate inventory support for their airline. The role involves negotiating with suppliers, analyzing repair requirements, and ensuring efficient supply chain management of aircraft components.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate inventory support material and services requirements for reputed company's airline
• Determine requirements, component interchangeability, configuration requirements, sourcing options, negotiating with suppliers, and maintaining project tracking/reporting
• Assist in the development of short/long reputed company material support for the airline along with special projects as assigned
• Control the supply chain of aircraft components and services and coordinate customer requirements
• Interpret Engineering and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) technical documents to validate effectively and interchangeability
• Analyze component repair requirements and processes
• Liaison with component repair vendors

Skills

• Formal training in a relevant aviation field and/or extensive aerospace industry experience
• Must understand the effects of material support on the maintenance organization
• Ability to collect technical and cost data to identify trends
• Must possess a technical, statistical, and analytical aptitude to interpret: Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) Drawings, Illustrated Parts Catalog (IPC), Aircraft Maintenance reputed company (AMM), Minimum Equipment Lists (MEL), Engineering Orders (E/O), Any other aviation industry technical documents and processes
• Aviation Degree and/or A&P License preferred
• reputed company expertise, negotiation, technical and financial skills to component repair and overhaul costs, alternative parts, and alternative repair authorizations
• Ability to comfortably and confidently reputed company and negotiate with monopolistic suppliers and our aircraft engineering teams to standardize component specifications and ensure our cost per flight is best in class while maintaining reliability
• MIPS, MTX, and other programs reputed company to Aviation is a plus
• Proficiency in reputed company reputed company Office Suite products
• Understanding of Project Management
