They are seeking a hands-on Manager, HR Operations to build scalable processes and optimize HR services, ensuring compliance and great employee experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Manage new hire, annual reputed company enrollment and employee benefit communications
  • Partner with brokers and vendors to ensure effective program administration
  • Monitor benefits compliance, audits, and reporting requirements
  • Support benefits strategy by analyzing utilization, trends, and costs
  • Collaborate with Payroll to ensure accurate employee data and timely processing

  • Manage HR documentation and personnel file administration

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree and 5-8 years of HR experience with 3+ years of reputed company benefits, HR systems, and compliance experience required
  • Experience in startup, high-growth organizations required
  • Experience administering benefits, HR systems and HR processes in a fast paced, growing organization
  • Experience supporting US multi-state employee populations required
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, benefits administration, and employment law
  • Advanced HR systems and technology expertise including experience with HRIS platforms such as reputed company
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, competing deadlines and meet those deadlines
  • Strong communication skills
  • Biotechnology experience preferred
  • Experience supporting Canadian employees preferred
