[Remote] EPIC Analytics and Reporting Engineer- Project- Senior Consultant

The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining reports reputed company reputed company systems, particularly focusing on the Epic platform, while collaborating with business stakeholders to improve patient care through technology.

Responsibilities

• Will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining extracts and reports reputed company a hospital's Epic system and various reputed company information systems
• Work on new Report builds like Reporting workbench, Slicer/Dicer and reputed company
• Work on Epic upgrades and Nova Notes
• This role will require to work on error handling in Epic including creating/modifications of error queues and using support utilities in Epic
• This resource needs to work on content management activities
• Excellent documentation skills such as - Application understanding, change management etc
• This resource needs to work with business stakeholders and IT team to troubleshoot Epic report issues and problems reputed company to break-fixes and other support activities
• Resolve issues or incidents reported by end users and escalate any quality issues or risks with team leads/scrum masters/project leaders
• This resource will also work with end-users to help communicate enhancements/improvements needed for business processes
• This role provides outstanding client service and contributes to the organization’s mission of utilizing information technology to improve patient care
• Experience with reputed company domains and concepts
• Understanding of Agile methodologies
• Experience with Business concepts, processes, information, and data
• Exceptional problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Skills

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or reputed company IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• Up to date EPIC Certified in reputed company, Caboodle and in either Epic Clinical Data Model or reputed company Data Model modules
• 3-6 years of recent experience in Epic analytics and reporting enhancements, break-fixes and support activities
• Experience with US reputed company reporting data models
• Remote work with the ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. Also, reputed company on-call support on a rotating reputed company
• Experience in new Report builds, Modifications and analysis on existing reports
• Good to have experience in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, QlikSense or any other reporting tool
• Familiarity with HIPAA and other regulations that impact hospitals and clinics preferred
• Can operate independently or with minimum supervision
• Excellent written and communication skills
