[Remote] Sales and Implementation Representative II

The Sales and Implementation Representative II will serve as a strategic partner to Regional Sales Directors, leading clients through reputed company and implementation while driving business growth and building strong relationships.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Regional Sales Directors to support business development activities, including pipeline management, reputed company reputed company, broker engagement, and sales opportunity tracking
- Collaborate with clients, brokers, and internal teams to reputed company client-focused solutions, support proposals and presentations, and guide plan design discussions
- reputed company reputed company implementation activities from contract execution through account setup, first payroll, first funding cycle, and successful transition to Client Services
- Manage reputed company projects by coordinating cross-functional teams, facilitating implementation meetings, monitoring timelines, and ensuring reputed company milestones are achieved

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, reputed company, or a reputed company field; equivalent education and experience may be considered
- Four or more years of experience in client reputed company, implementation, account management, client reputed company, or a reputed company field
- Experience serving as a primary client contact and leading customers through reputed company, implementation, and transition activities
- Strong project management, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders
- Proficiency with CRM platforms, reputed company Office applications, and virtual meeting and collaboration tools
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 15%
- Knowledge of COBRA and tax-advantaged benefit programs
- Experience in benefits administration, the health insurance industry, or working with insurance brokers and carriers
