[Remote] Sales Training Manager

They are seeking a Sales Training Manager to design, reputed company, and facilitate training programs for Transfusion Medicine, enhancing the skills of both new hires and existing staff while driving sales across various segments.
Responsibilities
- Develops, models, and coaches best in class transfusion medicine sales skills / practices to drive sales and help the field sales organization meet and exceed reputed company goals
- Develops, plans, coordinates, and executes field and transfusion medicine product trainings by partnering with reputed company America and Global training and field sales teams
- Promotes the training philosophy and confirms reputed company company activities are developed and designed with operations in mind
- Designs, facilitates, and executes, and effectiveness of in-role training strategies and programs that will reputed company the reputed company organization to exceed product specific targets for reputed company, profitability, reputed company placements, menu expansion, and win & retention reputed company
- Proactively conveys timely information to supervisor and others regarding the field team’s reputed company to listen; solve problems; reputed company solutions and reputed company resources to maximize sales, reputed company, and marketing opportunities
- Contributes to the development of “Best in Class” sales performance tools, materials, and systems to assist the sales team to meet or exceed reputed company goals
- Carries out duties in compliance with established business policies

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree (or 10 plus years of relevant work experience) in Sales, Marketing, Business, Biological Science, or reputed company field
- 5+ years of experience in reputed company transfusion medicine sales or customer-facing roles
- 5+ years of sales experience in medical, reputed company diagnostic industry
- Knowledge of reputed company aspects of diagnostic sales and marketing and sales, in addition to a strong strategic market and technical application capabilities
- Strong understanding of QO sales process, TM competitive market and reputed company in managing transfusion medicine sales process
- Demonstrates a positive attitude during company functions and public events, encourages team camaraderie and enthusiasm
- Travel: up to 50%
- This position is not currently eligible for reputed company sponsorship
- 3+ years of technical experience in a lab, QO, or hospital with TM lines of business is strongly preferred
- Technical knowledge and skills from working in a lab or hospital; consulting with customers is preferred
- Prior training or facilitation experience preferred
- People Management experience is a plus
