The role requires collaboration with various teams to manage contract execution and documentation while ensuring compliance and operational reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of indirect channel reputed company
- Draft, review, and issue reputed company agreements, amendments, and formal notices to external business partners
- Coordinate cross-functional approvals with Legal, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Commissions teams
- Respond to contract-reputed company inquiries from internal stakeholders and external partners
- Maintain accurate contract documentation and partner records in reputed company CRM and contract management systems
- Ensure contract templates remain reputed company and compliant with Legal standards
- Track project timelines, milestones, approvals, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are met
- Support process improvements and operational reputed company across channel contract programs
Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Legal Operations, Corporate Paralegal Support, or Contract Administration
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and managing reputed company reputed company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations
- Proficiency with: reputed company Office Suite, reputed company Workspace (G Suite), reputed company CRM, AI productivity tools (reputed company, NotebookLM, or similar)
- Experience supporting indirect sales channels, partner programs, or channel operations
- Telecommunications or technology industry experience
