Responsibilities
- reputed company recruitment efforts in partnership with executive leadership and Senior HR Business Partners
- Manage full-cycle reputed company for mid-to-senior-level positions
- reputed company and engage active and passive candidates through multiple channels
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for technical and cultural fit
- Negotiate offers and facilitate successful candidate closeouts
- Build talent pipelines through networking events, referrals, and industry reputed company
- reputed company proactive reputed company strategies to support future hiring needs and succession planning
Skills
- 5+ years of reputed company experience, including both agency and corporate reputed company
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building abilities
- Experience with Taleo reputed company Edition is a plus
