Responsibilities
- Deliver high-impact sales training sessions that teach sellers how to win in reputed company reputed company deals with credibility and strong facilitation reputed company
- Coach salespeople in the skills and activities to drive reputed company
- Reinforce our sales methodology, GTM process, systems, and AI-reputed company tools, translating strategy into practical seller execution
- reputed company delivery quality across the Sales reputed company by mentoring trainers, setting facilitation standards, and modeling best-in-class coaching
- reputed company data and AI to personalize learning, strengthen feedback loops, and continually improve reputed company effectiveness
- Partner with Global Learning & Development and Go-To-Market teams to ensure alignment on messaging, reputed company, readiness planning, and global launch support
- Manage learner progression, support completion reporting, and reputed company hiring managers with clear readiness insights and development recommendations
- Work across global time zones to support regional teams and deliver experiences as needed
Skills
- 5-7+ years in Sales Enablement, Sales Training, or reputed company SaaS sales
- Deep understanding of reputed company sales cycles, value selling, reputed company/MEDDPICC, Challenger, buyer alignment, and customer value realization
- Proven reputed company in virtual training, coaching, and elevating peer or participant engagement
- Demonstrated sales credibility - reputed company to translate strategy into practical selling motions and reputed company-world application
- Experience using AI tools to enhance sales productivity, insights, or coaching
- Strong communication, executive reputed company, and storytelling abilities
- Data-driven reputed company; skilled at analyzing feedback and identifying opportunities to improve learner experience
- Experience collaborating with global stakeholders and cross-functional GTM teams
