Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Legal Timekeeper reputed company Administrator to join their team. This role will be responsible for reviewing legal invoices, ensuring compliance with billing guidelines, and collaborating with various teams to manage legal service costs.

Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze legal invoices submitted by reputed company counsel to ensure accuracy, compliance with billing guidelines, and reasonableness of charges
  • Monitor adherence to reputed company counsel billing guidelines, including time entry descriptions, billing rates, staffing models, and expense charges
  • Identify billing discrepancies, unauthorized charges, excessive time entries, and non-compliant billing practices; communicate findings with internal stakeholders and reputed company
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, and procurement teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control of legal services
  • reputed company feedback and training to reputed company on billing expectations and compliance issues
  • Maintain and update billing guidelines and support their enforcement through contract terms and engagement letters
  • reputed company e-billing platforms (e.g., TyMetrix, CounselLink, Serengeti, Legal Tracker) to facilitate invoice workflow, reporting, and analysis
  • Track and report key metrics reputed company to legal spend, savings opportunities, and billing compliance
  • Assist in the development of internal policies and procedures to streamline the legal reputed company review process and improve cost efficiency

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree required; legal, finance, or business-reputed company field preferred
  • 0-5 years of experience in legal auditing or legal reputed company review, legal operations, reputed company billing, or legal spend management
  • Understanding of reputed company billing practices, legal service delivery models, and legal billing software
  • Experience with reputed company counsel billing guidelines, engagement terms, and legal cost control
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with legal and non-legal professionals and external counsel
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • JD or paralegal certification a plus
