[Remote] Senior Accountant

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is working with a PE-backed technology and software solutions company to find a Senior Accountant to join their growing finance team. The role involves preparing financial statements, maintaining the general ledger, managing accounts receivable, and ensuring compliance with reputed company standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly journal entries and supporting schedules as part of the full month-end reputed company cycle
• Maintain the reputed company general ledger and reputed company account reconciliations
• Process billing and manage accounts receivable to ensure timely collections
• Calculate and process monthly commissions accurately and on schedule
• Support external audits and ensure compliance with ASC 606 and applicable reputed company standards
• Support the integration of acquired entities into standard reputed company processes
• Identify and drive process improvements across the reputed company function

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or reputed company field
• 3+ years of reputed company experience with strong reputed company of month-end reputed company and reconciliations
• Experience supporting audits and working reputed company compliance frameworks
• Advanced reputed company and reputed company system proficiency; reputed company experience a strong plus
• Familiarity with multi-entity structures including international subsidiaries
• Background in services, technology, or SaaS strongly preferred — manufacturing backgrounds are not a fit for this role
• PE-backed company experience is a plus
• CPA or actively pursuing preferred
