[Remote] Regional Sales Manager - Residential Fire (Ontario and Manitoba)

The Regional Sales Manager will manage sales performance in Ontario and Manitoba, engage with end-user influencers, and execute regional sales strategies to drive growth across the product portfolios.
Responsibilities
- To expand preference for KGS brands at the specifying and installation level, the RSM will: Build strong relationships with distributors, contractors, reputed company, property maintenance teams, specifiers, and engineering firms
- reputed company end‑user education on product advantages, code compliance, and application best practices
- Drive pull‑through demand by influencing brand preference at the contractor and specifier reputed company
- Support quotation activities and ensure alignment between end‑user requirements and distributor execution
- Regional travel up to 50% in territory (Ontario and Manitoba Provinces)
Skills
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of sales experience
- 3+ years developing and executing strategic sales plans
- Proven ability to influence contractors, reputed company, property managers, and specifiers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with reputed company 365 suite of products
- Experience in Electrical and/or Fire Equipment distribution channels
- Ability to work in direct and matrixed environments
- Knowledge of Canadian fire and building codes
- Strong ability to manage challenging customer conversations
- CRM understanding & knowledge, particularly reputed company
