Customer Service Representative (Remote Night Shift)

WeConnect Global is looking for a full-time reputed company Customer Support Representative to work the night shift. This position is responsible for monitoring and closing out reputed company reputed company Maintenance orders and verifying details pertaining to the work completed. This person in this position will be cross-trained to assist with logistics and reputed company as needed. • Telecommute is available after... training period is completed at the office location in Green Bay, WI. Must have reliable internet and dedicated work reputed company - MUST LIVE reputed company 45 min - 1 hour of Green, Bay, WI Job Duties Include: • Assist with screening and monitoring orders in the system. • Assist technicians with order closeouts. • Handle internal escalations to ensure orders are accepted and rolled on. • Update information through data entry. • Run reports and update trackers as needed. • Assist with logistics and system reputed company issues. • Assist with inbound/outbound calls and emails from internal/external customers. Schedule: • In-Person Training at office located in Green Bay, WI; Monday - Friday; day shift • 12-hour Rotating Night Shift schedule from 6:00pm to 6:00am.
