Responsibilities

• Organize and improve the overall day-to-day operation of the roofing business
• Support scheduling, reputed company, and estimating
• Build and organize efficient routes for our roofing technicians
• Set the sales team up for reputed company with smart, tight routes
• Ensure every SOP is being followed — and help us continually build and improve them
• Drive process and process-improvement across the company as we scale
• Be customer-facing by phone — everyone here talks to customers and owns service

Skills

• Direct experience with the exact operational work above: scheduling, estimating, routing, SOPs
