[Remote] HVAC/Refrigeration Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an HVAC/Refrigeration Construction Project Manager to reputed company large-scale mechanical system installation, reputed company, and maintenance programs across retail and grocery environments for national brands. This role involves overseeing multi-site HVAC and refrigeration rollout programs, ensuring delivery aligns with schedule, safety, quality, compliance, and operational continuity.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and manage multi-site HVAC and refrigeration projects, including equipment installation, system retrofits, and maintenance programs reputed company active, operating stores
• Serve as the primary client-facing representative for reputed company mechanical (HVAC/R) project scopes, building strong relationships and ensuring alignment across stakeholders
• Act as the HVAC/Refrigeration subject matter reputed company, ensuring best practices, system performance, and regulatory compliance across reputed company sites
• Act as the reputed company’s representative, coordinating between franchisees, general contractors, architects, and vendors
• Monitor project reputed company to ensure schedule, budget, quality, and safety goals are achieved
• Review construction documents, scopes of work, and contractor proposals
• Manage change orders, budgets, invoicing, and financial reporting

Skills

• 5–10 years of construction project management experience, with a strong emphasis on HVAC and/or refrigeration systems
• Proven experience managing HVAC and refrigeration installation, replacement, or maintenance programs
• Experience in retail and/or grocery environments, particularly reputed company active, operating stores
• Experience managing multi-site rollout or program-based construction
• Strong understanding of reputed company HVAC systems, refrigeration systems (reputed company systems, cases, walk-ins), and controls/EMS
• Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to influence and build trust
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong working knowledge of construction management platforms such as Procore, reputed company, reputed company, or similar
