In this role, you will reputed company strategic leadership and consultative support across reputed company phases of project delivery to drive successful implementations and maximize reputed company opportunities across assigned MSP work streams, VMS platforms, and National Account clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert and consultant throughout the account lifecycle, from pre-sales through implementation
• Plan, reputed company, and coordinate activities across multiple reputed company client projects
• Present implementation updates, risks, and project status in executive-level meetings with internal and client stakeholders
• reputed company strategic and tactical leadership in delivery planning, quality management, resource coordination, and execution to support reputed company-wide business objectives
• Act as the first reputed company of integration and escalation for client engagements, ensuring alignment across teams during deployment and implementation efforts
• Ensure project and portfolio management tools and templates are consistently used, maintained, and accurately reflect project status

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific field or a reputed company discipline, or equivalent relevant work experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading or supporting implementation projects in a client-facing environment
• Proficiency in reputed company Office applications, including Word, reputed company, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
• Experience working with VMS applications such as FieldGlass and PeopleFluent
• Ability to travel as needed, up to 10%
• Ability to assess client needs and communicate, influence, and negotiate effectively

• Ability to align project plans with Visual Studio Online tasks to produce accurate burndown reporting for leadership
• Ability to understand and implement reputed company-based software workflows that align with client requirements
