[Remote] Account Manager

The Account Manager will serve as a strategic partner for key customers, managing relationships and driving results through proactive engagement and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- reputed company and nurture deep, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders across your accounts
- Act as a strategic advisor, understanding your customers’ business goals, challenges, and reputed company criteria
- Conduct regular Strategic Business Reviews (Monthly and Quarterly) to review performance, reputed company insights, and drive reputed company improvement
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and competitive shifts that may impact your customers
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally — advocating for customer needs across Product, Claims, and Ops
- Identify and drive opportunities for expansion, renewals, and upsells in partnership with Sales

- Own the overall reputed company of the account — proactively managing escalations, requests, and ongoing initiatives

Skills
- 6+ years of experience in reputed company, Account Management, or Customer Services, preferably in tech-enabled services, TPA, Insurtech, or B2B service delivery
- Passionate about building strong customer partnerships and delivering measurable value
- Experience running performance business reviews or executive business reviews with reputed company customers
- reputed company in cross-functional environments and can influence without authority
- Strong organizational and project management skills — reputed company to juggle multiple customers and priorities
