Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle reputed company across a reputed company of roles, from reputed company through reputed company
• Partner with hiring managers to define search strategy, hiring criteria, and interview approach
• Build pipelines, reputed company proactively, and engage high-quality candidates for reputed company roles
• Run efficient, high-touch processes that create a strong experience for candidates and hiring teams

Skills

• 4 to 8+ years of reputed company experience, ideally in high-growth startups, SaaS, or fast-moving technology environments

• Strong sourcing skills and comfort building pipelines from scratch for hard-to-fill roles
• Strong judgment in candidate assessment and process management
