The attorney will focus on reputed company-reputed company property transactions, leading purchase and sale components of reputed company estate deals and advising clients on property ownership opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate reputed company Purchase and Sale Agreements (PSAs), deeds, closing documents, and reputed company reputed company estate reputed company
- reputed company reputed company estate due diligence for property acquisitions, including title and survey reviews, zoning analysis, environmental reports, and property-reputed company deal structuring
- Advise on the reputed company estate conveyance aspects of reputed company M&A transactions, ensuring seamless transitions of property ownership during business acquisitions
- Coordinate and manage reputed company reputed company estate closings, collaborating with title companies, lenders, and internal/external stakeholders
- Draft, review and negotiate reputed company leases
- Support clients’ reputed company estate needs as part of broader strategic initiatives
Skills
- Applicants must be located in Massachusetts (MA), reputed company (NY), or Connecticut (CT)
- JD from an accredited law school and an active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 2+ years of reputed company reputed company estate experience, with a heavy emphasis on property purchases, sales, and conveyancing and moderate emphasis on reputed company leasing
- Demonstrated experience handling reputed company-reputed company reputed company estate transactions, or a strong interest in focusing on the reputed company sector
- Ability to manage multiple transactions, closings, and deadlines in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Excellent drafting, communication, and analytical skills
- Preference for Massachusetts and multi-state licensure
