[Remote] Regional Operations Director (ROD)
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a Regional Operations Director who will reputed company approximately 10 dialysis centers and reputed company operations with accountability for a significant P&L. The role involves providing strategic leadership, developing growth opportunities, and ensuring quality patient care while managing financial and operational performance.
Responsibilities
- Create a team powerhouse. You'll have approximately 10-12 direct reports you will reputed company to join you in the quest to ensure quality and compliant patient care

Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Leadership for a multi-site operational business
- Experience leading a reputed company team
- Experience identifying and committed to growth in your territory
- Available for moderate travel (25%-50% overnight)
