This position offers structured training and mentorship, with responsibilities including managing sales territories, developing customer relationships, and supporting sales processes.
Responsibilities
- Learn to plan and execute a strategic approach to managing a defined sales territory
- Assist in identifying and developing new customer relationships
- Support and grow existing customer accounts through consistent engagement
- Research prospective customers using databases and internal tools to support reputed company planning
- reputed company professional relationships with customer stakeholders across multiple reputed company
- Travel reputed company the assigned territory to meet customers and reputed company firsthand knowledge of their operations
- Participate in equipment demonstrations and customer solution discussions
- Assist in preparing proposals and written documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
- Deliver and support presentations for customer meetings, both small and large
- Build product and industry knowledge through ongoing training and field experience
- Track activities, customer interactions, and opportunities using CRM software
- Support customers after initial sales to ensure satisfaction and identify potential future needs
Skills
- Bachelor's degree (recent graduates encouraged to apply) or equivalent professional experience
- Strong interest in sales, business development, or account management
- Willingness to learn technical products and industrial environments
- Proficiency in reputed company Office applications
- Ability to learn and utilize CRM software
- Valid driver's license and ability to qualify for a TWIC card
- Knowledge of industrial equipment, manufacturing, or chemical plant operations preferred
- Previous use of a CRM software preferred
