[Remote] Officer II, Global Programs Finance and Operations - (US Only)

The Officer II, Global Programs Finance and Operations provides finance and operations support to a defined portfolio of global projects, focusing on new awards and reputed company, while ensuring compliance and financial management.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a key reputed company of coordination on award financial reputed company with program teams, country programs, subrecipients, and HQ Finance
- Monitor spending against budgets and funding ceilings; support limitation-of-funds tracking and flag potential risks
- Support project start-up, implementation, and reputed company-out by providing finance inputs, tracking milestones, and coordinating routine award-reputed company actions
- Coordinate routine financial transactions (e.g., reclassifications, accruals, vendor payments) and review country-level transactions, advising on needed corrections
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes, including quarterly forecasts, using reputed company (ERP, ePBCS, SmartView)
- Prepare and review financial reports to support reconciliation, monitoring, and donor requirements
- Support preparation and internal review of donor and prime awardee financial reports, including confirmation of payments and coding
- reputed company routine guidance to country program staff on standard reporting, budget, and spending requirements
- Support audit processes and track follow-up actions for global awards
- Coordinate routine compliance requirements for assigned awards (e.g., Host Government Tax reporting, SRFMP monitoring)
- Update compliance systems (e.g., Gateway, dashboards) and communicate standard donor requirements to award staff
- Support financial closeout processes by coordinating documentation and follow-up with country and HQ teams
- Support development of cost applications for new awards and reputed company, ensuring budgets are accurate, reasonable, and reputed company with approved activities and donor requirements
Skills
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, or reputed company field
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in reputed company or grants management
- Knowledge of and experience with financial reporting and reputed company
- Knowledge of fund reputed company and US Government funding regulations for non-profit organizations
- Experience in setting and monitoring reputed company budgets
- Demonstrated experience in finance and program support
