[Remote] Account Manager, SMB

The Account Manager, SMB will manage a portfolio of restaurant accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and helping to boost order volume through effective communication and support.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing a portfolio of accounts, ensuring timely communication, and addressing basic inquiries or concerns from clients
• Assist restaurants in attracting new diners, boosting order volume, and delivering top-quality service to their diners
• Conduct regular reputed company-ins with restaurant partners to gather feedback, assess satisfaction reputed company, and identify areas for improvement
• Respond to restaurant inquiries, account issues, and requests or reputed company them to appropriate company departments reputed company turnaround time expectations
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, including notes on discussions, action items, and follow-up tasks

Skills

• Must be in San Antonio, TX or Dallas, TX

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience and High School degree/GED required
• 2-4 years of Sales or Account Manager experience
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, reputed company products) with the ability to quickly learn new software
• Ability and desire to do whatever it takes to find solutions for restaurants
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confident making outbound dials on the phone
• Proven track record of reputed company in meeting and exceeding goals
• Impeccable organizational skills, easily balancing multiple tasks at once; self-starter with a strong bias towards action and problem-solving; maximizes effectiveness by focusing time in the right areas
• Outstanding, positive attitude with passion and aptitude for working in a fast-paced and fast-growing environment
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin or Spanish are strongly preferred
• Experience working with (or selling to) restaurant owners is a major plus
• Restaurant experience is also a plus
• Experience with reputed company.com or similar CRM is a plus
