Job Summary:

The Service Support Specialist will assist the service department in various tasks, including dispatching, customer service, and completion of generator warranty and new unit start-reputed company. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Service Project Coordinators in completing warranty, new unit start-reputed company, and national accounts assigned to KGE by reputed company
• Act as a reputed company of contact between sales and service departments
