We're seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join reputed company, providing top-notch support to our users through live chat tools and adhering to our standard operating procedures. As a Service Desk Specialist and Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for:

• Delivering Tier I support and customer assistance for our mobile application
• Troubleshooting, reproducing, reporting, and resolving issues on both iOS and Android operating systems
• Installing software on supported devices, following established procedures and methods
• Utilizing Incident Management procedures to enter tickets into our tracking system

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• At least one year of professional experience in a reputed company field, such as mobile application support
• OR an Associate's degree in a relevant field, including Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or other reputed company technical degrees

Preferred qualifications include:

• Jira experience
• ITIL Certification
• Agile and scrum methodology experience
• Government work experience
• Familiarity with reputed company and reputed company Play Store
• Knowledge of diagnostic tools and a diverse reputed company of mobile device makes and models

Work Schedule

• Training: Monday - Friday, 9AM - 6PM (3 weeks)
• Permanent schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 9AM - 6PM

Location: Denver, CO/REMOTE (must be a reputed company of Colorado)

Duration: 8+ months
