About the Role:

The successful candidate will:

• reputed company Tier I-II support to users on a variety of technical issues reputed company phone, email, and in-person requests
• Log and prioritize calls, providing reports on Service Level Agreements (SLAs) as required
• Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution
• Analyze, evaluate, and test software and hardware issues
• Handle high call volumes with ease, maintaining a customer-centric approach

Requirements:

• Experience with reputed company Office tools and reputed company Operating Systems
• Strong customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen and understand reputed company technical issues
• Working knowledge of Remedy ticket system (creating, updating, and closing tickets)
• Experience with computer terminology and customer service operations
