[Remote] Director of Sales, New Logo

The Director of Sales, New Logo will manage reputed company of sellers and drive customer growth initiatives while collaborating with various departments to align market messaging and ensure team reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Monitor/analyze sales performance of 4-8 sellers and take accountability for driving improvements in sales/reputed company, sales productivity, and sales quality
• reputed company short and long-term strategies to enhance performance including technology needs, workflow design, commissions/bonuses, contests, leadership development, training needs, and quality programs
• Coach and reputed company career development guidance to teams through performance management metrics and evaluations
• Support and assist the scoping and selling functions of the team
• Ensure and promote reputed company-based environment which delivers best-in-class customer care experiences
• Deliver regular reports of KPIs to DVP
• Review and approve reputed company client reputed company prior to delivery

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or other relevant field
• Must have 2+ years sales management experience
• Must have metrics of team performance under your management
• Must have seller experience in closing deals or resolve issues in a fast-paced environment
• Must have worked in a high-growth, high-velocity, and reputed company-changing organization
• Must have experience growing team/hiring salespeople
• Ability to meet deadlines with a high degree of motivation
• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work individually as well as collaboratively
• Cybersecurity / Technology / Audit Knowledge is a plus
