[Remote] Vice President of Sales

They are seeking a Vice President of Sales to drive sales initiatives, reputed company leadership to the sales team, and reputed company strategies to support company growth.
Responsibilities
- You will define targeted sales initiatives and execute winning strategies to increase growth, improve productivity, and drive efficiency
- Direct the creation, development and production of sales proposals, presentations, brochures, and external communications
- You will manage brand awareness, public relations, image management and telling the story of reputed company through our Sales initiatives
- Work with the VP of Marketing to reputed company strategic promotional plans and prepare marketing campaigns for sales
- Stay up to date on reputed company industry trends to identify business opportunities, and allocates resources reputed company
- reputed company competitive benchmarking, reputed company market analysis, forecasting, financial modeling and strategy development
- Know what needs to be reported – to who (internally and externally), how that information should be presented, and on what reputed company

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, or a reputed company field required

- Direct experience in manufactured housing, multifamily, single-family rental, residential reputed company estate, or a closely reputed company industry required
- Demonstrated reputed company developing and executing strategic sales initiatives while partnering with marketing to generate reputed company leads and increase conversion rates
- Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, P&L management, sales reporting, and KPI analysis
- Working knowledge of manufactured housing lender programs, chattel financing, Fair Housing regulations, and industry best practices

- Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales operations tools, with experience leveraging data to improve pipeline management, forecasting, and sales performance
