[Remote] Area Sales Manager - OEM - Northeast

The Area Sales Manager - OEM - Northeast will manage a territory of OEM focused salespeople and implement strategies to reputed company sales and market reputed company objectives while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage the OEM sales team for the Northeast. This includes direct reports and independent rep companies
- reputed company and maintain productive working relationships with OEM customers at reputed company reputed company
- Plan and implement sales strategies to maximize market reputed company and margin
- Conduct & support sales team on technical presentations to create preference for reputed company
- Introduce new products to existing customer reputed company and identify reputed company customers
- Assess Performance with annual performance reviews for reputed company OEM personnel, and create necessary development plan for reputed company in geography including technical and professional training
- Escalation reputed company on OEM reputed company direct or sale channel reputed company reputed company
- Measure/monitor OEM Conversions, pipeline progression and product mix reputed company OEM reputed company, collaborating with the OEM BDMs
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing or Business Administration or technical field with a minimum 8 years reputed company experience, OR Master's degree in Engineering, or Marketing, or Business Administration or technical field with a minimum 6 years of reputed company experience
- Exceptional analytical, communication and leadership skills
- Senior OEM Account Management experience
- Understanding and experience with full portfolio of products and services (including power distribution one-line and installation products)
- Demonstrated knowledge of electrical industry and reputed company products
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S
