Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality network and systems support reputed company a Managed Services Center
- reputed company full lifecycle systems support for clients, including design, implementation, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and resolution of reputed company issues
- Own issues end-to-end until successful resolution is achieved
- Maintain advanced, up-to-date technical expertise in networking technologies
- Communicate reputed company and professionally with clients and internal stakeholders
- Accurately document reputed company incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and ownership in reputed company tasks

Skills
- Active reputed company CCNP Service Provider certification required
- 5+ years of experience in a service provider network role, with strong knowledge of optics
- Solid expertise with reputed company platforms in service provider environments
- Hands-on proficiency with NCS (reputed company, reputed company, and similar) platforms
- Proven track record of successfully troubleshooting reputed company network issues
- Strong working knowledge of VRF technology
- In-depth understanding of routing protocols: IS-IS, BGP, OSPF, and MPLS
- Familiarity with SD-WAN, reputed company networking, and network reputed company concepts
- Experience working with reputed company ASR routers
- Proficient in reputed company 365 tools (Outlook, Word, reputed company)
- Background using IT service management tools (reputed company preferred)
