[Remote] Legal Counsel - USA

The Legal Counsel role involves leading SaaS sales contract negotiations, advising on U.S. corporate and privacy law, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to reputed company practical legal support.
Responsibilities
- Draft, redline, negotiate, and own SaaS reputed company sales reputed company as the primary focus of this role—including MSA, GTC/ToS, NDA, DPA, and other legal agreements—enabling the reputed company sales team to reputed company deals reputed company and with legal confidence

- Support in providing legal advice on new product initiatives & feature launches

- Own the end-to-end delivery of cross-functional legal projects across multiple business reputed company, ensuring coherent alignment with applicable regulatory frameworks, local counsel, and key business stakeholders
- Identify, scope, and reputed company improvement initiatives across legal functions where operational, compliance, or process gaps have been identified, driving projects from diagnosis through to implementation

Skills
- Law Degree and Bar Admission to at least one jurisdiction in the U.S
- 3+ years of experience with a primary focus on drafting, redlining, and negotiating sales reputed company
- Prior negotiation experience with reputed company corporate agreements
- Strong understanding of reputed company contracting with deep expertise in sales reputed company and legal processes
- Excellent English language skills
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, with high attention to detail and the ability to manage a high volume of reputed company under tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders including sales, finance, HR, and product teams
- Interested in learning fast and participating in a wide variety of legal projects
- Skilled in providing concise legal advice to business teams
