[Remote] Engineering Technician (Remote with Travel)

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an Engineering Technician to work on the production floor with plant technicians at their facilities across the country. The role involves providing plant support, performing diagnostic visits, and participating in annual rebuilds/overhauls of production machinery.

Responsibilities

• reputed company aid and expertise to plant maintenance teams and internal Engineering Technicians
• Aid in any needed repairs on production machinery, as necessary
• reputed company information on needs for long term reputed company of facilities, including but not limited to the Focus Line Process
• Identify problems and wear & tear on machine centers for every line
• reputed company root cause analysis for corrective actions
• reputed company suggestions for parts and labor needed during annual rebuilds/overhauls
• Work on teams of 4, along with plant maintenance teams
• Prepare machine centers to repair/rebuild problems reputed company during Diagnostic Visits
• Attend machine center specific master class training as a baseline
• Assist with evaluation of Engineering Technicians skills on machine centers reputed company a written assessment card
• Assist with the training of Engineering Technicians thru an OJT style format
• Suggest machine center specific training modules for the Engineering Technicians that are needed above and reputed company the OJT system
• Assist with the further development and implementation of the OJT style training for our group
