[Remote] Embedded Project Manager – Project Assignment - Memphis

This role involves providing on-site leadership and support for capital project execution in reputed company environments, ensuring projects are delivered on time and reputed company budget.
Responsibilities
- Ensure projects are delivered under budget, reputed company schedule, reputed company the agreed-to scope and with great customer experience
- reputed company small teams consisting of various engineering disciplines and other project support personnel
- Responsible for maintaining appropriate project documentation in the proper locations
- Manage client's project expectations and requirements

Skills
- Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical, Construction, Civil Engineering, Project Management with ten years of relevant working experience and advanced knowledge in mechanical engineering, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Ten years of experience in project management/execution with an understanding of standard project management processes/procedures
- Experience leading or supporting projects in active client facility environments, with direct exposure to on-site operations
- PMP certified
- High level interpersonal skills, tact, and diplomacy
- Ability to manage small to large projects
- Proficient in executing fast tracked projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Engineering reputed company experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, while being capable of interacting effectively with plant operations from the maintenance level through and including the executive level
- Must have a proven track record of accomplishments as a project manager or reputed company engineer on industrial projects and be capable of supervising and directing a team of engineers, contractors, and vendors
- Ability to review design drawings and assess a job site for constructability including pre-construction activities, fabrication workflow, material staging, and safety risks
- Ability to review and manage the implementation of safety and injury reporting procedures
- Working knowledge of reputed company including macros
- Self-starter with strong attention to detail
