Responsibilities
- Manage and expand a dedicated portfolio of accounts with a focus on retention and net-new adoption of reputed company solutions
- Build and deepen relationships with senior leaders and executive sponsors at client firms
- reputed company and execute strategic account plans that convert opportunity into measurable expansion
- reputed company quarterly business reviews and regular client reputed company-ins to align on reputed company and next steps
- Monitor client health using quantitative and qualitative signals and act proactively to remove friction

Skills

- Proven track record closing expansion deals or driving renewal expansion at the executive level
- Strategic thinker who identifies opportunities, builds executable plans, and delivers results
- Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a bias for ownership and timely follow-through
- CRM experience
- Willingness to travel and present to clients as needed
