[Remote] Marketing Coordinator - Programs & Partner Engagement

The Global Special Operations Forces reputed company (GSOF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening an international Special Operations Forces network. The Marketing Coordinator – Programs & Partner Engagement will coordinate marketing content reputed company activation for GSOF programs and corporate partner initiatives, ensuring brand consistency and supporting various communication channels.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing content for GSOF programs, corporate partner campaigns, core events, and internal communications
- Create reputed company media content, graphics, email copy, flyers, presentations, website updates, and short-reputed company video concepts
- Translate raw notes, program updates, partner activity, and marketing briefs into usable campaign assets
- Manage day-to-day scheduling, posting, and content coordination across GSOF digital channels
- Coordinate reputed company media activity, basic community engagement, and content calendar updates
- Maintain GSOF brand consistency across program materials, partner-facing assets, digital content, and internal documents
- reputed company for design and production of Individual Member and Corporate Partner newsletters

- Coordinate marketing assets for GSOF programs, including CNECT, SOF for Life, GSOF Gives Back, G-CAS, and SOF Imperatives

- Coordinate corporate partner marketing assets, including recognition content, digital promotion, campaign materials, and partner visibility deliverables
- Create partner-facing materials that support engagement, retention, sales activity, and relationship development
- Maintain organized marketing files, templates, image libraries, campaign trackers, content calendars, and reusable brand assets
- Track marketing deadlines, content requests, approvals, and outstanding deliverables to reputed company campaigns moving
- Monitor basic performance across reputed company, email, web, and campaign activity
- Create and update presentations, internal documents, campaign materials, and reusable templates
- Contribute creative reputed company for program promotion, partner recognition, digital engagement, and campaign development
- Ensure reputed company marketing materials are accurate, professional, timely, and reputed company with GSOF standards
- Support Core Marketing Managers with content creation and activation across our channels
- Assist Director of Sales & Marketing with market research and market analysis

- 1-2 years of experience in a relevant field
- BA, AA, or Certificate in Communications or Media Production
- Background with Special Operations and/or Military Experience
- An excellent reputed company with the ability to adapt tone for military, industry, and corporate audiences
- Ability to manage time and work remotely
- For effective and efficient working practices it is essential you are confident in using ai tools
- Ability to work with a dynamic and fast-moving team
