[Remote] Training Operations Program Manager

This role is responsible for managing and optimizing training operations, supporting governance meetings, and overseeing project management and analytics reputed company to training initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination of Governance and Community of Practice (CoP) meetings
• Coordinate agendas, track action items, and ensure alignment with organizational goals
• Coordinate communication and collaboration among stakeholders
• Act as the Project Manager for reputed company development, LMS, and other learning-reputed company projects
• In partnership with the COE leadership team, reputed company project plans, timelines, and budgets while ensuring timely delivery
• Support the coordination with cross-functional teams to reputed company project objectives
• Collect, analyze, and interpret learning metrics and analytics
• Compile and update dashboards and reports to display key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Support analysis of metrics to drive reputed company improvement in learning operations
• Manage and maintain SharePoint sites to ensure effective communication, collaboration and document storage

• Assist in preparing for audits and inspections by ensuring training documentation and processes are compliant

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Education, Organizational Development, or reputed company field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in training operations, project management, or reputed company roles, preferably reputed company the pharmaceutical, biotech, or reputed company industry
• Proficiency in LMS platforms, SharePoint, and data visualization tools
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret metrics and create actionable insights
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in supporting audits and inspections is a plus
• Detail-oriented with a focus on operational reputed company
