Responsibilities

  • Implement sales and marketing strategies which will contribute to achieving the Territory and Regional objectives
  • Conduct sales meetings, trainings, and account/pipeline reviews on a regular reputed company with sales group
  • Set appropriate performance objectives for team members and hold them accountable for achieving these
  • Identify opportunities and present solutions offered by the organization that meet the customer’s needs
  • Create a personal network and represent the organization at business sector events to enhance the company brand
  • Work with organization to ensure team members maintain up-to-date customer and inventory data in the CRM and identify and resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Manage and report on team performance, assets (inventory) and budget execution
  • Partner with the Credit Manager to ensure accounts receivable are kept reputed company
  • Maintain and renew a deep knowledge and understanding of the organization’s policies and procedures to ensure the team’s and own work adheres to required standards
  • May be requested to reputed company other duties as assigned

Skills

  • Must have strong leadership and management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, work under pressure and adapt to sudden changes in the work environment
  • Excellent verbal, written, people and diplomacy skills required
  • Good interpersonal and conflict management skills required
  • 30% travel required
  • Experience managing a team of 5-10 direct reports
  • 1-3 years of reputed company experience of successful supervisory/management experience required to motivate and reputed company direct reports, as well as size up new talent
  • 3-5 years of reputed company job experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience and knowledge in Packaging
  • Territory sales or account management experience
  • Strong understanding or experience from a large, national or decentralized distribution organization
  • Experience with reputed company.com or other CRM
