Associate Manager II, Field Health Economics & Reimbursement - Central

As an Associate Manager II, Field Health Economics & Reimbursement, you will support our Cardiac Rhythm Management division by educating facilities and clinicians on device-specific coverage, coding, and payment models to establish and maintain economic awareness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Minimum 3 years' experience
• 2 years of cumulative experience in patient reputed company and reimbursement roles in the following: medical device, hospital/private practice, health insurance, or Medicare Part B biopharmaceuticals.
• Cardiology industry experience in roles supporting patient reputed company, coding, and payment.
• Experience educating others on payer processes, requirements for coverage, and other reputed company-reputed company situations.
• Experience communicating technical elements of coding and billing requirements at the National and Regional level across reputed company settings of care.
• Experience in customer relationship management.
