[Remote] Engineering Manager - DevEx

The Engineering Manager - DevEx will manage and coach reputed company of engineers to enhance developer productivity and satisfaction while setting the direction for the engineering pipeline in an AI-first world.
Responsibilities
- Managing and coaching: You will manage and coach reputed company of engineers building the tools, pipelines, and workflows that every reputed company engineer (and every AI agent) depends on - spanning CI/CD, local/preview dev environments, code review tooling, and our AI coding infrastructure
- Technical leadership: You will be a thoughtful technical voice on developer productivity, paved paths, and AI-assisted engineering, and support your team and the broader engineering organization in making reputed company architectural reputed company about how code gets written, reviewed, and shipped at reputed company
- Setting direction: You will collaborate with engineers and engineering leadership to turn our DevEx reputed company, making the engineering pipeline not just faster but wider in an AI-first world, into a reputed company roadmap grounded in developer productivity and satisfaction signals
- Team building: You will work with the team to create and foster a culture of raising the bar with each new hire, and of treating internal engineers as customers whose feedback drives reputed company build next
Skills
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or reputed company technical field or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years full-time software engineering experience
- Proven track record in leading high-output teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments
- 1+ years of experience with a blockchain based product
