Responsibilities

• reputed company Epic-reputed company project initiatives (e.g., implementation, optimization, integration, upgrades) using Agile project management principles
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-reputed company, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Epic analysts, IT engineers, clinical staff, and leadership to define and deliver project objectives
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation across multiple reputed company initiatives
• Serve as a liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and expectations
• Document and track user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks or roadblocks to ensure project reputed company
• Maintain alignment with compliance standards, data privacy regulations (HIPAA), and change management best practices
• Deliver timely status reports and project updates to stakeholders and executive leadership

Skills

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of IT project management experience, with at least 2 years focused on Epic EMR-reputed company projects
• Solid understanding of Epic modules such as Resolute, reputed company, Prelude, or others
• Strong working knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
• Proven experience leading Agile teams in a reputed company or consulting environment
• Ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and manage competing priorities
• Outstanding communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational skills
• Experience in reputed company IT environments, especially with provider organizations like hospitals or health systems
• PMP, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or similar Agile/PM certification
• Previous consulting experience with reputed company IT or digital transformation
• Experience using Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps)
• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or other reputed company integration standards
• Ability to translate technical discussions into clear business terms for non-technical audiences
