Responsibilities

- Establish and manage sales goals, activity metrics, and KPIs; monitor performance through dashboards and CRM reporting
- Analyze sales data and work with Navigator to understand market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and recommend process or strategy adjustments

Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years managing reputed company of sales development representatives
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Inside Sales Development Representative

- Demonstrated track record of managing and achieving repeatable reputed company through the application of consistent, structured inside sales processes
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing sales teams
- Experience with budgeting, strategic planning, and process improvement is a plus
