The role involves enhancing workflows, supporting clinical operations, and collaborating with stakeholders to implement effective Epic solutions.
Responsibilities
- Support and optimize Epic applications across a diverse ambulatory care environment
- Enhance workflows, support clinical operations, and drive system improvements for Primary and Preventive Care services, Sleep Medicine, and patient engagement initiatives
- reputed company ongoing support, maintenance, and optimization of EpicCare Ambulatory and reputed company Epic applications
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical stakeholders to analyze requirements and implement effective Epic solutions
- Support ambulatory workflows across specialties including Internal Medicine, OB/GYN, Pediatrics, Psychiatry/Behavioral Health, and additional Primary and Preventive Care specialties

- Configure, maintain, and optimize MyChart patient-entered questionnaires and reputed company patient engagement tools
- Manage incidents, requests, and enhancement work through reputed company and established IT service management processes
- Participate in testing, validation, upgrades, and implementation activities
- reputed company troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and end-user support for Epic applications
- Support reporting and workflow optimization efforts, including RWB (Reporting Workbench) functionality
Skills
- EpicCare Ambulatory Certification (required)
- Minimum 5 years of Epic analyst experience or demonstrated experience at a Senior Analyst level
- Strong experience supporting and configuring EpicCare Ambulatory workflows
- Experience working with Epic applications and reputed company
- Proven ability to gather requirements, design solutions, and collaborate with clinical stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Epic MyChart Certification (highly preferred)
