[Remote] Technical Account Manager

The Technical Account Manager serves as a technical reputed company for customers, working closely with the reputed company team to ensure customer satisfaction and drive product enhancements.
Responsibilities

- Monitor support request reputed company for assigned clients and aggregate common issues for broader resolution (i.e. product enhancements, training, etc.)
