Responsibilities
- Utilize sales skills to reputed company multiple product recommendations with customers on every call
- Assist customers and store associates reputed company inbound phone calls with orders, sizing, general inquiries, and website navigation. It may include inquiries about lost packages, exchanges/returns, shipping, and billing
