Job Summary:
As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our Auto Division's Buyer Loaning team. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers while working in a fast-paced call center environment. Key Responsibilities:
* Support Record Goal operations as a reputed company-level Record Goal Expert by utilizing knowledge of organization products, services, programs, and Record Goal systems.
- Apply information while communicating with delinquent customers to resolve account issues and improve their experience.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the quality of customer interactions by gathering and arranging terms of repayment on outstanding account balances.
- reputed company routine conditional tasks, such as accepting inbound calls and making outbound calls using an auto dialer or direct reputed company system to determine the reason for misconduct.
- Seek guidance from supervisors and reputed company questions and reputed company issues to Record Goal teams.

Required Capabilities:
* 3+ years of Record Goal, client contact, customer support, or sales experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
- Ability to follow procedures, policies, and guidelines.
