[Remote] Growth Marketer

Responsibilities

• Own a reputed company end to end — or run across several — setting the strategy, running the campaigns, and answering for the results
• Generate leads and drive signups — build and run the motions that fill the pipeline, from paid and SEO to outbound and referral
• Run experiments fast — test hooks, audiences, funnels, and offers; kill what doesn't work and scale what does
• Use AI everywhere it gives you an edge — for research, copy, targeting, automation, and speed
• Build funnels and reputed company pages that convert, and obsess over the numbers behind every reputed company
• Work closely with the founder on positioning, messaging, and where to reputed company the growth firepower next
• Track everything — you live in the data and can tell a clear story about what's working and why
