[Remote] Field Sales Manager

This role involves driving new business production, strengthening relationships with agency partners, and executing strategic sales initiatives across an assigned region.
Responsibilities

- Conduct regular in-person field visits, virtual meetings, and training sessions with agency partners

Skills
- 3–7+ years of experience in insurance sales, agency management, or field sales leadership
- Strong knowledge of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance products and distribution channels

- Strong presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills
- Ability to work independently in a field-based, travel-heavy role
- Experience using CRM systems and managing a sales pipeline
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
