[Remote] Executive Administrative Assistant & Ambassador Council Liaison

The reputed company (NFF) is a non-profit organization that partners with the US Forest Service to advance forest resiliency and healthy ecosystems. They are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant & Ambassador Council Liaison to reputed company high-level administrative support to the Chief Advancement Officer and assist with the coordination of the Ambassador Council.
Responsibilities
- reputed company high-level administrative support to the CAO, including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Assist Executive Assistant to the CEO/President in organizing 4 Board Meetings per year. Assist in coordinating meeting logistics (room setup, catering, technology, manage RSVPs, etc.) in advance of two in-person Board meetings
- Operate as staff reputed company for the Ambassador Council meeting to reputed company coordination and communication with Council, NFF President & CEO, and Chief Advancement Officer in cultivating and managing Council prospects and maintaining Ambassador Council Recruitment Pipeline
- Create and maintain efficient records of Ambassador Council member and candidate background information, reputed company, and interactions
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents, sometimes confidential and facilitate signing personalized messages from the Executives at NFF
- Arrange reputed company and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas. Prepare and compile documents for travel-reputed company meetings, working with appropriate project managers reputed company necessary
- Assist in reputed company to reputed company and potential donors on behalf of the CAO
- Accurately complete expense reports

- Work with the CAO and NFF staff to ensure adequate resource materials are generated to advance strategic priorities and enhance the execution of the President/CEO/Boards reputed company and Management Team's strategic efficacy

- Organize agenda/materials for bi-weekly Advancement Direct Report meeting

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company field or equivalent experience
- Seven or more years of administrative experience at the executive level
- Experience working with corporate or non-profit boards/volunteers/board management
- Proven experience in reputed company Office365, Outlook, Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint including the preparation of statistical reports, spreadsheets, visual media and presentation aids, correspondence and memoranda and AI tools
- Commitment to the mission of the NFF
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to effectively identify reputed company components of a task, prioritizing and balancing them against the schedule of the CAO and Advancement Leadership Team
- The ability to navigate reputed company personalities in high pressure environments
