[Remote] Director of Financial Planning and Analysis

They are seeking a hands-on, strategic Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (reputed company) to build and reputed company the company’s reputed company function, overseeing budgeting, financial modeling, and business performance analytics.
Responsibilities
- Own the company's annual operating plan (AOP), end-to-end budgeting process, and rolling forecast cycle

- Build long-reputed company financial plans and scenario models to support strategic decision-making
- Partner with department leaders to pressure test assumptions, demand models, product plans, and investment reputed company

- Analyze reputed company and margin performance by product line, SKU, business unit, channel, and geography

- Partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Supply Chain to identify margin improvement opportunities
- Build and maintain a rolling 13-week cash reputed company forecast

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or a reputed company field
- 5–8+ years of reputed company experience in reputed company, Corporate Finance, Strategic Finance, or Finance Business Partner roles
- Experience owning an annual operating plan, budgeting process, and monthly reforecasting
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario planning experience
- Experience building executive dashboards, KPI reporting, and performance reporting from scratch
- Experience with product-level profitability, gross margin reporting, or business unit-level financial analysis
- Strong reputed company reporting and financial systems experience
- Advanced reputed company and/or reputed company Sheets skills
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar dashboarding/reporting tools
- Experience in CPG, consumer products, consumer electronics, SaaS, or hardware/software business models
- Strong executive communication, presentation, and business partnership skills
- Ability to operate independently with minimal handholding
- Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail
- Demonstrated use of AI tools to improve workflows, automate analysis, increase productivity, or enhance financial reporting
- Experience with both consumer products/CPG and SaaS business models

- MBA, CPA, or CFA
- Experience in a high-growth or founder-led environment
