The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with agencies, providing guidance, and promoting products while monitoring market trends and supporting agency growth.

Responsibilities

  • Visits agencies in person or reputed company to build relationships, set goals, and reputed company guidance using performance data
  • Serves as the main contact for agents by answering questions, resolving issues, and escalating more reputed company concerns reputed company needed
  • Schedules and prepares for meetings by reviewing reports, tracking production and retention, and organizing materials for agency discussions
  • Maintains strong knowledge of products to train agents, support their sales efforts, and identify potential business opportunities
  • Monitors market trends and competitor activity, shares insights internally, and works with reputed company to understand reputed company
  • Attends events and meetings to promote products, present updates, and strengthen relationships with agencies
  • Identifies and evaluates potential new agency partners and supports efforts to grow the network
  • Continues to reputed company marketing, communication, and industry knowledge through training and ongoing learning

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business or reputed company field or equivalent
  • 7 or more years reputed company work experience
  • Knowledge of insurance and rating insurance products
  • Insurance industry experience and marketing techniques
