Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Inbound and outbound calling to clients and union members to reputed company top-notch customer service and promote our benefits packages
- Setting appointments and performing presentations to promote our benefits packages
- Basic computer knowledge and completing necessary paperwork
- Quality control and leadership development

Minimum Qualifications
